The property is located in downtown Mt Maunganui, just South of the shops and a stone's throw from coronation park where you can enjoy nearby pubs and entertainment, restaurants, supermarket, hot pools and Blake Park without even getting in your car.

You will have a fully furnished room which catches the afternoon sun and has a double bed, drawers, bedside table and a TV (not connected to the aerial but great for Netflix and streaming from your phone on Google Chrome.) Shared Bathroom with one other and responsible for keeping it clean.

Room includes internet, power and water rates. Use of all amenities, except dryer and Air con - these are to be discussed with owner. Due to apartment living there is no more storage, and you are expected to store your belongings in the room.

Clean & tidy, honest, respectful of others. No drugs, alcohol, smoking, pets, parties, body corp rules.
