It is a quiet 2 bedroomed house up a shared drive. You will have safe parking. There is a decking that goes around the house and it receives all day sun. It is located 1km from bayfair. I'm quiet and like to go walking and to the beach.

The room has its own door onto the decking so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. You will have a very comfortable queen bed. We can have a chat if there is anything else you require in the room.

I would like a quiet tidy flatmate. He or she must be working, preferablynot from home, however that is not a deal breaker. I get up at 5am during the week so it's important that there is a quiet atmosphere in the house as I also do a number of meetings online. The neighbour's are also very quiet and nice so therefore loud music is a no.
