We live in a bright, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Arataki, Mount Maunganui — just a 1-minute walk from the beach. Perfect for early morning surf, walks, or sunset swims. :)

The house has a sunny lawn, off-street parking, and a calm, relaxing vibe. It’s well-maintained, fully furnished, and always feels like a home — not just a place to crash. You'll be sharing with three people in total (us, Franco and Ariana, plus one flatmate), so it never feels crowded.

We love to cook, keep things clean, and enjoy a good balance of quiet time and the occasional shared meal or wine.

The room is fully furnished, cozy, and gets great natural light during the day. It comes with a double bed and spacious wardrobe — ready for you to move in.

Rent is $290.00 per week, which includes everything: WiFi, power, water, lawns, and shared household essentials.

Bond is required, and we ask for two weeks’ notice.
