Nice,cosy place,I shifted in five years ago,it was newly renovated.peaceful ,calm, relaxing atmosphere.few people have commented on how it's got a nice vibe to it.2 minute walk to downtown mount and beach.quiet,safe neighbourhood.nice neighbour's.downside is,it doesn't have a garage or a shed, but does have a carport for future tenant to park in. if have a bike etc, wouldn't be suitable.a surfboard can come inside.snorkeling, fishing gear can come inside.fair use of power and water.sky tv and unlimited Ultra fast wifi is covered with the board, just buy own food.smoking or vaping okay but strictly outside.

It has a single wardrobe, but have had a lady with a clothes rack in there,she was quite fine with it.super comfy queen size bed.private and quiet.in very good condition from being renovated.gets the afternoon sun.have had a night shift worker in there and he liked it.Also has fantastic wifi coverage with unlimited Ultra fast wifi.past flatties have been very pleased with it.

Suitable for someone who is full time working, honest, tidy and responsible.just anyone with a peaceful,calm nature.i've had past flatmates who just do their own thing, they've wanted time out after a hard day at work and that's fully understandable,if someone wants to sit down and have a chat, that's sweet as.i don't want alot people coming and going through.
