Good size room comfortably fits king size bed, chest of drawers and more. You will have your own small office space just outside the room and access to back door balcony. You will also have your own bathroom. With wardrobe in bothyour room and office area, there's a good amount of storage area.

Important for me it's someone kind, easy going, considerate. Comfortable on their own space and value their privacy. Just doing their bit to look after the place, especially their area.
