We’re looking for someone to fill a room in our apartment at 11a Sandringham Road, in Kingsland, Auckland.

We are 3 Turkish pals (1f, 2m) in our late-twenties to mid-thirties, who have been living in Aotearoa for a number of years. The flat is a stand-alone house, with a spacious lounge and sunroom, and a large sunny garden that we share with another in a studio. The garden is perfect for dinners, bbq’s and outdoor living. You are welcome to bring just what you need, room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a chest of drawer, and a wardrobe.

We are social guys, and we like to cook and eat together when possible. We are looking for someone who is happy to slot into that vibe, and cleans up after themselves.

The location is unbeatable. We are a one-minute walk to the train station, and a two minute walk to the nightlife, cafes, and restaurants in Kingsland village. We are also right across the road from Eden Park, making the location perfect for sports and music fans, or for anyone who enjoys the energy of an event.
