Flat has been amongst friends for seven years now, 4 bedroom villa on the boundary line of Kingsland & Mt Eden. Perfect 7 min walk to Kingsland train station and night life or same distance to the best Asian cuisine in Auckland with Dominion road and supermarket. Public transport is very frequent and one zone cost. Two spare car parks on site.

The room with ensuite is not furnished, it gets the best sun out of the whole house so perfect all year round. Fits double bed, desk, drawers and tv stand so space is manageable. Our lounge kitchen area is big to setup a work from home space.

The room is available now and we’re missing out on having banter with the new flatties. Minimum stay 4 months to cover summer break, couple or single welcome we are in our 20s and late 30s looking for chill clean and doesn’t mind a laugh or odd meal together.
