The flatmates include group of professionals in their mid-late twenties who enjoy being social and having a chat on occasion, and are respectful of each other’s personal space when needed. Everyone is super chill and welcoming and we're LGBTQIA+ safe ❤️ we have 2 females and 1 male (with his own ensuite)

The house is super well kept, has a heatpump, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), and plenty of natural light. If you love gardening, there's a nice section perfect for it out by our deck.

It's located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac in Mt Eden. There are bus links into the city via Dominion Road and Mt Eden Road right around the corner coming every 15 mins. There's also a great veggie shop and a French bakery 5 min walk down the road.

This is a beautiful and big unfurnished sunny room in the 'girls wing' of the house, it faces the street in the front and is in a very quiet cul-de-sac just off Dominion Road. It has a very large built in double wardrobe, and large windows perfect for sun and fresh air! Bathroom would be shared with 2 other lovely girls.

Looking for someone easy-going around a similar age (mid-late 20's female preffered!!) in full time work, ideally planning to stay long term and make this cosy little place their own.
