5 minute walk from Woolworths Newtown and Massey University Wellington. Three current tenants (all in our 20s) are quiet and independent, mostly keep to ourselves, but happy to chat if we're in the living area together, everyone enjoys cooking. We all have some interest in tabletop rpgs (D&D, Pathfinder, etc) and have done flat games in the past. Parking is largely unavailable, but there are at least two nearby bus stops.

Room was repainted since photos were taken. The room is front facing and gets plenty of sun. Room is mostly unfurnished but comes with a bed and a small desk. Rent is $210 a week ($420 fortnightly). Bond is $700. Internet and Power together usually end up being about $15-$20 per week.

Looking for anyone quiet and tidy, student or worker in their 20s with similar interests would fit in the most but we don’t have strong preferences.
