We are looking for a couple to move into our 3 bedroom flat in Miramar, Wellington.

We are two people in their 20s looking for someone to join us in our cosy flat in the middle of Miramar. The room is mostly unfurnished, so a great space for you to make it your own.

The flat comes with a shared living room, study, kitchen, bathroom and a garage. The house has wide windows in every room with nice views and a good amount of sunlight, while the living room is equipped with a fireplace that makes the place cosy and warm in winter. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are included in the kitchen and the laundry room and the garden leaves ample of space to dry clothes outside as well.

You would be living with a woman and a man, both in their 20’s who work in Miramar and love doing movie nights. We are always keen for a nice chat and a positive environment.

The flat is located in the middle of the peninsula with cafes like Swimsuit and the Larder cafe in walking distance. The next supermarket is 5 minutes by car or bus and 15 minutes walking distance.

The room is going for $360 so $180 each and will be available from end of January :)
