The house is on a large section which gets all day sunshine and has fruit trees (apples and lemons) and veggie gardens, including space for you to plant your own if you’re keen! The washing line gets sun all day, and the backyard has a picnic table, BBQ, and brazier so it's great for hosting friends! It’s predator free Miramar, so no rats or mice anywhere.

The house has a lovely big living room with a heat pump, and then we have a cute little sunroom facing out to the garden. Toilet and Shower are separate. We have two fridges and a chest freezer.

There’s free on-street parking and plenty of storage space in the garage so you can store your bike, scooter, surfboard, camping gear ECT safely and for free!!

The Strathmore shops are a 5min walk, Miramar shops are a 10min walk, and we’re 3mins from a bus stop where the number 2 takes you directly into town!

You’ll be living with Peggie 25 and Lincoln 24, two liberal and fun yo-pros, who are very involved in the Wellington theatre scene. We both work a range of hours including evenings, so often you’ll have the place to yourselves.

Our lease is up in January, but we would be keen to renew.

It's the biggest room and can easily fit a queen bed plus furniture. It has a built-in closet and gets lots of morning and midday sun. (Can come with a free double bed if desired)

We’re looking for a mature and friendly couple or single who's tidy and respectful of the space, but keen for a yarn in the evenings. This place is very much a home more than a flat, and we would love to welcome people who feel the same way about the space. We also really don't want to lose this flat because we can't find anyone!
