Low maintenance house- built 7 years ago. Healthy homes compliant. Up a shared driveway but there are 2 off street parks. House is nice and private. Double glazed and heatpump installed. There is a small backyard and patio area which is nice to unwind in the afternoon sun. Very close to bus stops, the hospital and central city. Other flatmate/s are working professional/s who enjoy staying active and keep the house tidy.

Room will fit a double/queen bed with room for drawers and possibly a desk depending on how you set it up. It has a wardrobe and is carpeted. Window has a nice view of some trees. The rooms and bathrooms are upstairs away from the living room.

Working professional who can tidy up after themselves. Someone who enjoys being active and doesn't mind the odd chinwag over a cuppa or beer.
