We have a large, beautiful room available in our home, nestled in native bush with stunning views over Wellington Harbour. Surrounded by birdlife and greenery, this peaceful oasis offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle, while still being conveniently close to the city.

The home also features lovely outdoor areas, including a deck where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Off-street car parking is available for your convenience.

Common areas are furnished with whiteware provided.

The area has a cafe, restaurant, pharmacy, dairy, gym, hairdresser and bottle shop all within 5min walking distance.

There is an additional $30.00 per week for power, gas, and unlimited fibre.
