We have our flatmates moving out at the end of June! The room will be available first week of July (possibly flexible) for a solo person or couple to move in.

You'll be joining a couple in their 30s, both working professionals who are generally out Monday to Friday 9-5, and some evenings too.

Working or studying in the city? 🛥️ 🚗 - Motorway is close by 5 minutes from the house. there are also bus stops close by and the main hub at West Gate if you need to go to North Shore.

SOLO PERSON: $250 weekly COUPLE $350 weekly - The total includes expenses (water, power, internet, cleaning products, etc.). The bedroom is furnished (Queen bed, side table and draws).

BOND: 3 weeks rent $810.00 for SOLO / $1100 for Couple

THE SPECS - 3 Bedroom 2story townhouse, one room remains empty for our guests to stay in - Double garage we use for storage/ laundry/ little music station - The main lounge downstairs and a smaller second one available at the top of the stairs allows for separate gatherings - The main bathroom is ultimately yours (and visitors) to use as we have an ensuite + extra toilet downstairs
