Room 2: (All brand new) 1 double bed + 1 mattress, 1 table + 1 chair, 1 wardrobe, 1 trash can. Single $220/week, double $330/week.

Room 3: Master suite with private bathroom, 1 double bed + 1 mattress, (brand new) 1 table + 1 chair, 1 wardrobe. Single $300/week, double $450/week.

You must accept that the landlord sleeps in the living room. The landlord, Room 1, and Room 2 share another bathroom.

4 weeks' deposit, 1 week's prepayment.

Kitchen: 1 electric stove (4 burners), 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 air fryer, 1 double wardrobe allocated to each room, refrigerator and freezer compartments divided into four equal parts.

Laundry room: Washing machine available, dryer not available.

If you use the heater, please discuss with the landlord in advance for separate electricity charging. Dishwasher and air conditioning are not allowed. All other utilities (water, electricity, internet) are included.

6-minute drive to Westgate shopping center, 8-minute drive to Smart, 9-minute drive to Fudi, 15-minute walk to the bus stop.

House rules:

Room 1, Room 2 and people living in the living room share Bathroom 1; Room 3 has Bathroom 2 to themselves.

Additional charges apply for the use of heaters, coolers or non-mini fans. Please inform the landlord, calculate the electricity cost (duration * electricity consumption * unit price) and pay any additional charges at the end of the rental week.

Leave bathroom door open after use to indicate that no one is using it.

Keep quiet if possible and refrain from making (e.g. you must not cook) or playing (i.e. you must wear headphones) any sound between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

The landlord turns off the living room lights every night at 11:00 pm.

Open food packaging or sugary drinks must not be placed in bedrooms (i.e. above carpet). Eating or drinking sugary drinks must not be done in bedrooms (i.e. above carpet).

Smoking tobacco product, drinking alcohol, taking drugs indoors or outdoors are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted.
