About the flat

Nice tidy house, stand alone with lawns. Road is a culdesac and pretty quiet. Off street parking with timing. Close to motorway on and off ramp, Westgate 10mins up the road. One other flatmate and I keep to myself. Bedroom upstairs and lounge downstairs empty so basically all your area with shared kitchen. Own bathroom with bath.

Awesome size room, amazing views over Auckland central. 2 wardrobes in room Directly above lounge that is empty and not used by myself. Bathroom downstairs I don’t use wifi myself but house is set up for it
