We are lucky to live in a pretty central location with less than a 20 minute drive to Sylvia Park, Westfield Newmarket or Westfield Manukau. We are close to the motorway and we also have a bus stop which is a 2 minute walk down the road. There is an off street car park available and the room can either come furnished or unfurnished. You’d be living with my partner (28) and I (24), we both work full time and are usually only home all day on Sundays. We are also close to some lovely walks and the balcony has a beautiful view, especially during summer. Move in/move out dates are very flexible.

The room is big enough to fit a double or queen bed and can squeeze in a TV cabinet or desk if need be. There is a built in wardrobe and the bathroom and toilet are very close. As my we have our own ensuite, you will pretty much have the bathroom to yourself, the only other person using it will be guests.

Someone who is around our age, likes to hang out for a drink or two but also enjoys their own space.
