Its a double room in a 3 bedroom (built 2024) house in 📍Shirley/Mairehau Area. It is near bus stops, mall, shops. Room is furnished. Bathroom is just next to the room for rent,usage will be shared with guest room ( if and when we have a guest)

About us: we are mid-late 30s with 15yrs old 🐈. Both work full time, wife works rostered shifts so would need to be okay with this. We are mostly pretty sociable but also enjoy a quiet time. We enjoy hosting some get together from time to time, have board game nights but this is NOT a party house. No more additional pets (sorry). Non smoking.

We are ideally looking for working professionals or students (preferably female for singles, couples okay), clean (chores are shared) respectful, pays rent on time.
