The room get heaps of sun throughout the day. And there is space to fit a double bed with plenty of room to spare.

The house has central heating and heat pumps in the inside room. All standard flat amenities including dryer/washing machine - and dishwasher!

About us 💕

Renee and Jess, who work full time, and Emma, who is studying for her master's and working part-time.

We have created a cozy Lyall Bay oasis and want to find someone who will complement our vibe—someone who wants to hang out but also do their own thing. We enjoy walks at the beach, crafting, and hanging in the garden. It is not necessary to enjoy these things, but it would be a plus!

Ideally keen for someone who’s looking for the same vibe and is tidy.
