About the flat
Flat is in an ideal location, being only 10 minutes drive from city centre. It is opposite a school and has safe on street parking. The house is fully furnished and only room furniture will be needed. House is warm all year round and has a backyard with grass.
About the room
Rooms available are warm and have big wardrobes. There is a shared bathroom upstairs that will be shared between upto two people. Rooms can fit a queen bed and a desk, with drawers and side tables. Rooms tend to get morning sun, making it nice warm and dry.
Preferred flatmate
Somebody who is clean and tidy and values other people’s space. Is social and likes the occasional drink but nothing to crazy. Is active and enjoys sport and is in their 20s. Preferably a working professional.
