hi..2bedroom summerhill stone unit. allday sun, quiet area , not too many soft furnishings in sitting room, but i can easily get another soft comfy chair. Good offstreet parking. Woodburner with stovetop in the sitting room. Eastgate mall a few minutes walk away, and bus stop very nearby too.

Quiet room, not huge, but a short double bed not too big for it. lovely summer sun in the mornings. Fairly fresh plaster and paint, its connected next door via a fire wall to a childs room, but they are very quiet, and no direct connection via walls with my bedroom.

id be looking for a non vaper and non smoker is a must. A light wine / beer drinker would be ok. Filipino perhaps, a couple. ( price is for single occupancy) , a fulltime worker. If non Filipino, i would prefer a single female.
