This is a bottom flat located in Kingston. Shared spaces are fully furnished, so you’ll only need to furnish your room. There’s a small outdoor area and a view that will make you feel like you're in the country side. The landlord is awesome. Super easy to get hold of, and always gets right onto things. Rent is $285 (includes expenses for cleaning products and toilet paper), and 2 weeks rent upfront is required. Please note power and internet is not included in the rent.

Plenty of on street parking and in general is nice and quite, with a bus stop a 5 minute walk away. With a reserve near by and some great tracks if you like walking.

The room has a built in wardrobe, no furniture provided.

Looking for someone within the same age bracket (26 to 30), and preferably female.

I’m keen to have a social environment in the flat, but also won’t be up in your space if you’re wanting time to yourself. While I love a good yarn, it’s definitely not a party flat. You will catch me on the couch with a cup of tea instead haha
