Looking for someone to fill my room in Kilbirnie available around mid September (flexible on exact dates). Rent = $287 p/W The flat has a big lounge with views out over Kilbirnie towards Miramar and is an easy walk to countdown and Pak'nSave. There's 2 bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs - and heaps of storage space.

The room has its own balcony, gets good of sun and fairly protected from southerly winds. Reasonable size room with a large walk in wardrobe (low ceiling)

There's a washer/dryer and clothesline out the back.The room is tucked away upstairs with a bathroom you'll share with just two others.

You'll be living with 5 other guys which seems like a lot but it's rare to have everyone home at once! Everyone is working, 25+ and lovely!

No offroad parking but never a problem finding on street parking.
