About the flat
We live in a safe little house down a driveway at the end! I travel into Hamilton for work its only a 35 minute drive :) We are relaxed and love a chill environment. I love to read, we are not big drinkers and we don't hold parties at our home. We keep our home tidy and would prefer a flatmate who looked after the place as well as we have.
About the room
The room gets light in the evenings and has a fence but looks out onto trees beyond, it is quite and light. The room comes with a bed and side table, but would be open to moving the bed elsewhere if we find the right person.
Preferred flatmate
We are open to couples (rent will change depending). Kind, respectful, working full time, Loves to relax and is clean and tidy. We are not the party type of people but love to have a chat and catch up.
