Private garden space. - Guaranteed street parking. - Huuuge storage area downstairs. - Washing machine, dryer, dish washer, AC. - Two story layout (you’ll share downstairs with one other, and only two people per bathroom). - A minute walk to bus stop directly going to city centre. - Frequent tui, piwakawaka, tauhou, and bumble bee visitors in the garden.
The flatmates enjoy going on walks together, watching a movie once in a while, and eating ice cream!
About the room
One of my favourite parts was having my bed next to the windows so I could star gaze at night and birdwatch in the morning.
The bedroom: - Flooded with sunlight. - Only bedroom with direct access to the garden. - Spacious double bedroom: fit my queen sized bed, dresser, desk, bookshelf, and had a dedicated yoga spot. - Wardrobe and storage space.
Preferred flatmate
This flat would suit a warm person looking for a nice balance of socialising and having your own space. Not a party house but people here will enjoy a dance and are passionate about music.

Kia ora, I’m moving to a different suburb so I will not be flatting at this home any longer.
Yidda is a cheerful woman working as a teacher aide. She is passionate about music and is very creative.
Marika enjoys going for walks and will invite the flat to come out for an ice cream! (Patties and Cream is just down the road). You’ll find her knitting or reading on the couch enjoying a hot mug of tea.
Philipp is in his final semester of his degree. He cooks delicious pastas and is very warm to be around. He values community and being there for his friends.
