In no traffic, you are about 12 minutes from the closest motorway onramp, and 20 mins from the city centre. The Waitakeri Ranges are only 20 minutes away, so if you love bush walking, they offer multiple trails, although around the area there are planty locally as well.

The bedroom on offer is a double bedroom with built in single wardrobe, and a lovely outlook into the backyard. It has been freshly painted, and has a new ceiling fan installed to provide comfortable airflow on those warm nights. You can either provide your own bedroom furniture, or on request I can also supply it.
