About the flat
Looking for a peaceful home close to everything? We have a bright, spacious room available in a beautiful, well-maintained villa on Fairview Crescent. Just a short walk to Kelburn Village, Zealandia, the Botanic Gardens, and excellent bus routes — ideal for anyone working in town.
The house has been thoroughly modernised: full insulation, double glazing, ducted central heating, and HRV to keep things comfortable year-round. There’s a sunny garden with plenty of outdoor seating and a BBQ. Perfect for winding down on a nice evening!
Rent is $270 a week, plus $40 for electricity, internet, and household and kitchen staples.
About the room
The room easily fits a queen bed plus extra furniture. The room does not have built-in storage so some type is needed. Any of the current furnishings in the room can be included if wanted or needed, just let me know - same with the move-in date, that's flexible too if you need.
Preferred flatmate
Probably a professional of some sort, somebody with a fairly steady life and working in or around Wellington. Very welcoming to anyone LGBTQ+ or nontypical in any way.
