Our upstairs flat in Karori is such a great spot. The living room is a sun pit in the afternoon, we have a fireplace and a heat pump, the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and we have a big private back yard filled with native bird life. There’s a bus stop opposite the bottom of our drive, is less than a 5min drive down the hill into town. Karori is an awesome place to live, the community is great and the township has everything you could need (great opshops too!). We mostly keep to ourselves during the week but do the occasional flat dinner and movie, and have drinks together a couple of times a month. We’ve started a vege patch! Krollo is one of the best cats to ever roam the earth, he spends most of his days curled up in the grass in the sunshine. He’s pretty shy but he’s worth getting to know!

The room gets morning sun, is a good size and has a built in wardrobe. Is furthest away from the living room but has a bathroom just next door. Two big windows that open top and bottom.

We’re looking for a friendly, working person ideally around the same age (25ish) who will respect the space but also feel right at home in our wee gem of a flat. Looking forward to meeting you!
