We're a warm, sunny and dry home in the 'burbs in Johnsonville. The place is roomy with three bedrooms,two bathrooms and a lovely combined kitchen, dining and lounge space looking out to the garden and patio. The house is north west facing and gets all day sun. The house is almost fully wall insulated (bedrooms, bathroom and parts of the lounge) and fully ceiling insulated. Each bedroom has an energy efficient fan assisted panel heater for the chilly Wellie days (and nights). There is a heat pump in the lounge. So you'll stay toasty in Winter. The sun pours in in Summer, so you can curl up and read a book in the sunshine in any of the rooms. There's plenty of onroad parking (sorry no offroad though) and we're on the number 1 high frequency bus route (Churton Park to Island Bay). The bus stop is 50m away and about 150m away there is another #1 bus route. It's an easy 7min walk to Waitohi, Keith Spry pool and the station as well as the famous J'vill shopping mall. We're a relaxed and friendly house, always up for a chat about your day or what you're up to at the weekend,but equally respectful of your personal space and time. Sit down, stretch out the days hassles and chat to the pups for some quality reset time. We're definitely not a party place, rather we're the sanctuary you come home to blob out and relax in - we're definitely the 'burbs. There is a garden if you enjoy either sitting out in it or doing some weeding. The vege and herb garden provides stuff to share.

The room is a large double capable of having a queen bed, a bedside table, two sets of drawers and standing desk (this is what is in the pics). There is a large double wardrobe. There is a cute skylight and the window looks out on green space

Ideally we're looking for someone mature (probably 30-35+), who understands the power good communication has when living with others. You've got to be clean and tidy and appreciate that cleaning up after yourself is a gift to others. Paying your share on time is a given. A sense of humour would be great. You must absolutely love dogs and be happy to live with the joys of them. Previous experience living with dogs would be fantastic.
