As the house has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets there is plenty of room for everyone.

The bathroom and kitchen were recently renovated with everything you need. A lot of art to make the house feel homely :).

The home is small walk to Johnsonville mall and has a bus stop right outside.

Currently has four tenants. Wendy and I own the house and are working professionals in our 30s. I am Kiwi and Wendy is from China. We also love with a couple from Vietnam and Laos. We are relatively quiet but happy to have a yarn :).

The room is $190 per week plus power, gas and internet.

The room has been freshly renovated. The room has new insulation, double glazed window, carpet and a heat pump. The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, office chair and set of drawers.

Looking for someone relaxed. Students and young professionals are welcome but sorry no couples.
