Great location in Johnsonville on a nice quiet cut de sac. A 5-10 min walk to the Johnsonville shops which includes supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centre, pharmacy, library, pubs, train station, and gyms. There is also a bus stop 2min walk at the end of the street.

Easy access down Johnsonville Rd to the motorway so can get into the city in 10-15mins drive

Currently there are 3 of us living in the flat, all mid to late 20s males working in the trades. We're an easy going bunch who love a bit of flat socialising, but also keep to ourselves in our rooms a fair bit.

The available room can fit a double bed and a small desk, or a queen bed with a side table and has a decent wardrobe. There's a bed base in there that can be provided if wanted. The room is $200 a week, and power/gas/internet usually come to $30 each a week at the most expensive winter times.
