The flat is right next to Burnside Park, and Is Uni students. We have a decently sized garden, and is a 7 min bike ride to UC. there's 3 nearby bus lines, the 3(10min walk away), 130(5min) and 29(3min). there are various shops nearby, and it has two outside sheds for bike parking. The house itself is massive, too, so there's plenty of room for stuff.

the room is on the ground floor right next to the gardens, and has some really nice roses and strawberry plants up against the room. probably the cosiest of the bunch, and pretty much has its own bathroom/shower due to all the other bedrooms being above it. its also right next to the rumpus room where which we use as a shared space for everyone's hobbies.
