The flat is right next to Burnside Park, and Is Uni students. We have a decently sized garden, and is a 7 min bike ride to UC. there's 3 nearby bus lines, the 3(10min walk away), 130(5min) and 29(3min). there are various shops nearby, and it has two outside sheds for bike parking. The house itself is massive, too, so there's plenty of room for stuff.

The room is facing the north-east, and gets a ton of sunlight in the morning/afternoon. it has an inbuilt wardrobe and has windows on both sides.
