About the flat
A very modern, fully-fenced, brick home with a concrete-tiled roof (see photo), all on one level with decks and plenty of double glass windows and ranch sliders. Two kitchens - one all gas and the main one all electric with a double fridge in one and a single upright fridge in the other. The room being offered is the large second master bedroom (see photo) with or without a double bed, ensuite with shower (see photo) and a walk-in wardrobe (see photo) and with or without a large desk (not shown). The house is heated or cooled by a master 4-unit heat pump with one unit in this bedroom (local control). The house has Wi-Fi and this room has an in-wall wired (high-speed Ethernet) internet connection to fibre with unlimited data. Water use is controlled by you from a gas califont for unlimited hot water so we need to charge 1/3 for my internet access and use (if required), power and gas use and water use, the total being generally about $50 per week, each person. We need to empty the double garage to our respective storages to make room for a second vehicle. Temporarily, we offer only off-street parking (off the right-of-way). As we are up a right-of-way in a very quiet suburb, there is generally no noise from neighbours and no passers-by and no drives-by so security is extremely good here.
About the room
A very peaceful almost self-contained (no cooking facilities) large bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Good LED-lighting and room for bedside tables and a wall-unit or two. Plenty of modern power sockets with two sets of constrained (for security) opening windows and modern exhaust fan and heating with constrained opening windows in the ensuite. You are welcome to use the shared TV lounge (largescreen TV) with guests and the two outside decks (one for morning sun, one for afternoon sun) and the shared dining room. We can share the cooking if you wish or you can cook your own as long as you clean up afterwards. You need to keep your own room clean and tidy and share in the cleaning and tidying of the house, decks, lawns and gardens for the 3-monthly agent inspections. This is a home valued at $1.4 million so the owner naturally wants it cared for.
