About the flat
The unit has 2 rooms and a studio out the back that my daughter lives in. New double glazed windows and new carpet. All separate toilet, bathroom and laundry. Gas fire for the really cold evenings
About the room
The room gets the morning and early afternoon sun, it is the warmest room in the unit with the wall to wall window. U can fit a queen bed and a big tall boy and still have room to move.
Preferred flatmate
We are looking for a relaxed, respectful person to share our home, someone that doesn't mind some washed dishes left in the dish rack or a pair of shoes in the corner of the lounge. It would be great if the flatmate loves dogs as our dog is part of the family and just wants them to like her.

I'm quiet and respectful and I like my own space. I live in the unit and my daughter lives in the studio. I start work at 5am so I retired to my room around 6 - 7pm so you would have the rest of the place to your self. I do smoke in my room and when I go to work I will need to leave my door open a bit for the dog so some smoke will get out.
I like to read and watch movies. I'm quiet and respectful for my age :)
I'm a medium sized dog that loves people. I'm 9 years old
