House: The house is modern, well-lit, well insulated, double glazed, has a heat pump in the lounge and another in the ceiling to heat/cool the bedrooms. It has a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen, 2 bathrooms, an extra toilet, 4 bedrooms, an outdoor living area/covered veranda, an enclosed backyard, a double garage, and a spa.

Nearby amenities: Pioneer Sports and Recreation center and Barrington Mall re a 2-5 minute drive away, and it's a 5 minute walk to bus stop of Obiter & 60 line into town.

About us: We 4 are in our early 20s, 2 guys, 2 girls, studying or working. We tend to lead our own separate lives a lot of the time but still enjoy the occasional quiz night, or BYO together. Hobbies include tennis, motorcycling (road and dirt), painting, video gaming, rock climbing, tramping, and board games. We do flat dinners and are very accommodating of dietary requirements (have done df & gf options), but you’re still welcome to cook solo if you'd prefer. Cleanliness and communication are important to us, and liking cats is a must because we have 2 cuties who are the REAL owners of this house!

The room measures 3.5m x 4.8m and has two large built-in wardrobes that take up almost the entire length of one wall. Additionally, the north facing wall is almost entirely window (double glazed) which faces a fenced in veggie garden, so you get oodles of light all day without sacrificing privacy. The room is attached to central heat pump system and the floor is carpeted. Aside from the built-in wardrobes there will be no pre-existing furnishings for either room, so it’ll be a blank slate to make your own!

Ideally looking for someone in their 20s who aligns with our our flat description; someone who can communicate proactively, is easy-going yet responsible, and open to join in with all the goings-on in our homey flat 😊

Our preference is for a single flatmate but we are open to the right couple. However, rent for a couple would go up to $320 per week.
