About the flat
I have X1 double bedroom available in Hoonhay from the 12th of May 2024. The home is light and warm (including a fire place, double glazing and an hrv system). The house is situated right opposite a park! The room is $210 p/w + shared expenses (power, WiFi and cleaning products). We will be sharing a bathroom and seperate toilet. Pets may be allowed - we can have a chat! Definitely no dogs though sorry! (gotta protect the bunny rabbit)

A little bit about me- I am a 26 year old nurse who works at chch public hospital 4/5 days a week. I have a bunny rabbit named Mocka who lives outside in a large run. I live fairly quietly, and enjoy cooking, making sourdough bread, hanging out with friends, going on beach trips in summer and ice cream! I attend a local church. I'm looking for a female flatmate (approx the same age as me) to join me! Ideally a flatmate would commit to at least 6 months 😊
