The place is only a couple of years old — a huge 358m² house that’s super modern and fully furnished. There’s a shared TV in the main living area, and we’re just 1.5 km from Hobsonville Point, where you can jump on the ferry to the city. Plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops are an easy 700m walk away too. We’re two professionals — one runs a few businesses, and the other works in real estate. The house is really quiet and peaceful, with awesome bush and sea views. We like to have the occasional drink or chat, but also respect each other’s space and downtime. It’s a relaxed, friendly home — social when we feel like it, but never over the top. Think dinner parties not house parties.
