Two large double rooms available in a quiet 2 storey house share, hidden at the end of a culdesac with amazing views overlooking the Manukau harbour.

The rooms available are downstairs with 1 other bedroom. Both have built in wardrobes and one has ranchslider access to the backyard. There is a bathroom and kitchenette on the same level.

The house is close to the motorway, only 10 mins to the city and is handy to local shops, doctor and dentist. It’s a 2 min drive to Bunnings and Briscoes and 5 mins to either Royal Oak or Mt Roskill. Bus is accessible within walking distance and there’s plenty of on road parking in the quiet could de sac.

Upstairs is another bedroom (mine), a large shared lounge, kitchen, laundry and toilet.

Other house mates are myself, a tattoo artist (40) and my son (23) a Chef. Noelle the cat and various fish with weird names.

$300 per room includes power, water, internet and Sky available in the upstairs lounge.

2 weeks bond, and 2 weeks rent in advance. Pet friendly but as it isn't fully fenced wouldn't suit a dog.
