Modern warm house. Large open plan living with all the necessary appliances. Great garden. Off street parking available. We have a cleaner and gardener so easy relaxed living.
About the room
Rent is from $180 per week for a double room (without en suite), and $275 per week with en suite. Expenses are in addition and are $50 per person and covers, wifi, power, cleaning of communal areas, gardening and consumables such as toilet rolls, soap, washing powder etc. The house has a good laundry.
