My 23-year-old daughter & I are looking for a clean, tidy, friendly, independent female flatmate to share our 3 bedroomed home in Hillcrest, Auckland, with. Must be working full time.

We have easy access to a good selection of bus routes. Easy access to Auckland CBD, Birkenhead, Takapuna & Glenfield.

Our home is situated in a quite area surrounded by tress and birds, it's very peaceful.

The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever suits you best. It has plush new carpets, a built in cupboard and is lovely and sunny.

Off street parking included.
