We have a spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Hillcrest, perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home. The flat has plenty of room to spread out, with an inviting lounge area for relaxing or catching up, a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, and two fridges with lots of space. There are 4 off-street car parks and plenty of on-street parking available.

The flatmates are 3 males and 1 female, aged 22–29. One male studies engineering at the University of Waikato and works part-time, another is a full-time electrician, another is a full-time rope technician, and the female works in government and is also studying psychology. We are all friendly, respectful, and tidy. We communicate openly if any issues come up, and the landlord lives on the property, so problems are dealt with quickly.

We like to keep the flat comfortable and social — sometimes we hang out, watch TV, or enjoy a few drinks together, but it’s not a party flat. Everyone is respectful of each other’s space and routines.

📍 Location and Nearby Amenities The flat is in a convenient Hillcrest location, only a 10–15 minute walk to the University of Waikato. Bus stops are close by for easy transport. Nearby shops include The Warehouse, Four Square, a liquor store, and a local dairy. It’s also just a 10-minute drive to the city centre and easy to get to other parts of Hamilton.

The available room is a bright, sunny double with lots of natural light, making it a warm and welcoming space. It is unfurnished, so you can make it completely your own, and comes with a large double wardrobe that provides plenty of storage. There’s enough space for a double bed and some extra furniture.
