💰 Rent Details:

$210 NZD per week

$185 for the room/house rental

Estimated ~$25 for utilities (varies monthly depending on usage)

Payments are made fortnightly

👥 About Us: You’ll be living with Paul and May, both in our late 20s and working full-time. We’re easygoing, respectful, and keep the place clean and comfortable. We enjoy a chill, friendly atmosphere at home and would love someone who appreciates the same.

The individual rooms are not fully furnished, so you may need to bring your own bedroom furniture. The house itself is furnished, but this is mainly due to the current tenants’ own items and may change once they move. We are looking for a new flatmate because two of our current housemates, who are a married couple, will be moving out. On your move-in day, we’ll be happy to assist and help you get settled.
