Kia ora~ We have a room available December 10thin our cute Henderson home. Our whare is 2 storeys with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We're very close to bus stops going into town, to West City, and out to Westgate. There is also air conditioning in the living room and the place meets the healthy home standard🌸 The two of us currently living here are very quiet and tidy. We are looking for someone who is also quite and tidy. There are also 2 cats. They're a bit anxious and can take time to warm up to people.

Roughly 3m x 3m with a generous double wardrobe. This bedroom is the only one downstairs so the downstairs bathroom is basically your private bathroom. Just please let guests use it too.
