Our home is spacious and modern and in a great location, ideally located for hospital staff - short walk to Waikato hospital, 5 min drive to CBD, beautiful walking track around lake, local cafes. Downstairs is an open plan lounge with access to a private outdoor patio. The kitchen is modern, the home has air-conditioning. This is not a party flat. You'll be living with a married couple (40+) who are busy working professionals and split our time between Hamilton and Auckland. We enjoy a quiet home during the week, cooking, and the occasional shared meal. House is furnished, just own bedroom furniture required. Off street car parking available
