Our house is close to Waikato University. It is about a 10 minute walk. Bus stop is very close by. There is plenty of off street parking, good lighting in our street and it is relatively safe. We are close to local shops and Hamilton East eateries. It is a short drive to the city centre. If you need to get out of the city it is a short drive to the main highways. Nice sport venues and fields nearby, a short bike ride or drive to the Hamilton Gardens and River Walks. We are perfectly located.

Your room is spacious and has a large wardrobe. It is unfurnished. It is warm and comfortable and has drapes and a privacy blind on the window. Plenty of power points to set up your desk space. The room comes with a small two drawer night stand and small heater. Right next to the main toilet and shower/bathroom. We have heated towel racks in the bathroom. Your rent covers the cost of your room, power, internet/WiFi, cleaning products and toilet paper. Food and personal items not included in the weekly rent. You must keep your room clean and tidy as well as tidy up after yourself in the kitchen and shared spaces. Please do not eat in your room, eating is for the kitchen/dining area. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside but not in the whare thank you.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful, considerate person who is either studying full time or working in Hamilton. You must be clean and tidy and pay rent on time. We love to cook so please share your culinary skills with us. We prefer a female and love to share our culture with you and in return learn about yours. Our ideal flat mate must like cats or at least not be allergic to them. We are very sociable so love to catch up over meals but no pressure if you are shy or introverted.
