About the flat
Warm and cosy, sunny two bedroom house in Hamilton East. Walking distance to Waikato Uni, cafes and restaurants, close to town and the Hamilton Gardens. Off-street parking for 2 cars. No dogs, cats ok. The house is furnished already but I'm happy to make space for some furniture. Bonus if you have a drier :)

Room is 3m by 3.1m in size with a double wardrobe and a peaceful green outlook. Would suit someone who has a double bed, bedside table and small set of drawers. Additional costs: electricity and internet (high speed fibre connection, unlimited data) split by 2 at the end of the month. Bond: 3 weeks rent- $780. Rent paid one week in advance.
