We are a couple in the late 20s working full time and seeking another flatmate that cherish quiet and peaceful time to join us in our lovely quiet home at Halswell. You will be sharing the house with us (Malaysian & Vietnamese and another Female flatmate from Vienna). Maximum 4 occupants.

-Room 1 [Available 26th January]: King Single bed+covers, Workspace desk, LED table light, office chair, 3-tier shelf, bedside table, fan heater, build-in wardrobe. (Will rearrange the layout [similar to Room 2] and switch out the small desk into bigger desk on 26th) [Will update pictures asap]

-Room 2 [Rented from 31/01/26 onwards]: King Single bed+covers, Workspace Writing Desk, table-lamp, 3-tier shelf, Office Chair, bedside table, fan heater, build-in wardrobe.

-Rent per week: 185 NZD -Free power from 9pm-12am daily. -Monthly Power and internet bill to be split amongst everyone.

Located close to Knights Stream Park for your activities and close access to Southern Motorway. 7 minutes drive to Halswell New World or Hornby Hub. Roughly 15 minutes to Westfield. 15 minutes to both University of Canterbury & Lincoln. Roughly 10 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop.

Looking for someone friendly, quiet, general cleanliness. Prefer 20s/ early 30s working professional or student who keeps things to themselves. Potentially ok with short term after discussion. Ideally 3 months.

This brand new house is modern and fully furnished, including shared lounge/TV, kitchenware, cutlery, washing machine etc. Two planter boxes plus container boxes with various vegetables.

Large windows that let in plenty of natural light plus built-in wardrobe with shelving units for ample storage rooms.

The place also offers a bathtub, tiled shower and a separate toilet for added convenience which will be shared between 2 rooms. We have our own ensuite so the mainbath and toilet are just for the flatmates.

We are a quiet home and prefer no party-goers.

Total move in cost: 2 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance.
