We are looking for someone to join us in our flat in Greenhithe. Close to western motorway and SH1 but with rural feel - sheep for neighbours!
-15 minute drive to CBD. -10 minute drive to Westgate -5 minute drive to Albany.
Room Options (unfurnished): - Master room ($450 p/w incl. bills) - Double room ($280 p/w incl. bills)
The rent includes all bills, such as ultra-fast fibre broadband, power, water and basics such as cleaning supplies etc. Plenty of parking including carport space.
