Kia Ora, we have a room available from the 9th of March 2026. Location is in Grafton, Auckland Central on Whitaker Place right next to a Convenience store open 8am until midnight every day and a burger shop just 150ish metres up the road. Walking distance to bus stops to head out East, West and North shore. Perfect for people studying at the universities and/or working in the city as we are 10 to 15 minutes walk from AUT city campus and UOA city and grafton campus. Parking is not included and on-street and is paid only and limited.

There are two other females in the flat so we are looking for a female to take over the spare room. Someone who is willing to do their share of the cleaning (a roster of once every 3 weeks of cleaning the communal areas) and keeping their spaces clean and tidied. Sorry no pets or couples allowed due to tenancy agreement

Rent is 180 a week. Power is billed monthly and spilt 3 ways at the end of the month. Unlimited Wifi is 27 dollars a month and an extra cost of a range of $10 to $15 a month for communally shared items such as toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning products, rubbish bags etc but this will be billed when the costs come in.

Move in cost: 4 weeks as bond plus a weeks in advance which is 720 bond plus 180 rent in advance so all up $900 that needs to be paid before you move in. You will need to be willing to sign a flatmate agreement when moved in. Please let me know if you want to come view the room.

The room is fully furnished with a single bed, desk, closet and bed drawers and simple bedding and some storage in the room. Bedroom door has a lock on it so you are welcome to lock it as you please. You are welcome to have a mini fridge in the room if you want, please let me know if that is your plan just so I am aware.

We ask for no smoking of any kind in the rooms or house as it sets the smoke alarms off but you can smoke and vape outside the apartment building. No heavy drinking. No drug use at all.

Someone (preferably a female) who is willing to be social and able to clean up after themselves and are willing to help keep the flat clean by following the cleaning roster weekly. Someone who pays bills and rent on time and no drugs at all.
